  Only registered guests are allowed in guest rooms.

  This property will be closed during January, February, March, November, and December.

  Amenities and toilet paper will be provided on the day of arrival.

  Apartments are not cleaned daily; towels are changed every 4 days, and bed linen is changed weekly.

  The minimum age for check-in is 18 years.

  Guests aged 13 and over are charged the following tax: free from November to March; from April to October, € 2 per person per night, up to a maximum of € 14 per person per stay.

  The pool is open seasonally from May 1 to October 31.

  Late check-out from 10:00 AM to 01:00 PM is available for an additional fee of € 20.00. Check-outs after 01:00 PM will incur an additional night's charge.

  Check-in after 11:30 PM incurs an additional fee of € 20.00, payable in cash directly at the property. The property requests that guests provide their estimated arrival time in advance. If no arrival time is provided, the check-in agent may wait up to an hour. To arrange check-in, guests must contact the property at least 30 minutes prior to arrival.
