Zameldowaliśmy się w pokoju nr 10 po pas w śniegu z bagażem I dzieckiem, co na wysokości 3200 metrów nie jest łatwym zadaniem. Nikt nawet nie myśli o odśnieżeniu drogi ani o użyciu skutera śnieżnego w takiej sytuacji awaryjnej. Nikt też nie odśnieża pokoju przed wyjściem, uniemożliwiając wyjście I powrót do pokoju, a także dotarcie na kolację czy śniadanie. Musieliśmy nosić buty narciarskie do każdego posiłku. Gdyby chociaż zapewnili łopatę, sam odśnieżyłbym wyjście dla mojej rodziny. Ogrzewanie podłogowe w łazience nie działało, brakowało żelu pod prysznic, a początkowo pościel I poduszki były tylko dla dwóch osób, mimo że mieszkaliśmy w pokoju z trzema osobami I dzieckiem; później doniesiono więcej na prośbę. Nigdy nie doniesiono dodatkowych ręczników, nawet po dwukrotnej prośbie. Strona internetowa hotelu powinna ostrzegać, że nie należy dostosowywać usług do pogody. „Może tam być zła pogoda I nic z tym nie zrobimy” – czytamy. Należy również ostrzec, że jeśli pogoda się pogorszy, wszyscy już tam jeżdżą na nartach, a goście mogą utknąć tam na czas nieokreślony, nie mogąc zjechać, jeździć na nartach, a nawet dotrzeć do restauracji.
