  Please note that for stays of 1 week or more, a € 250 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay.

  End-of-stay cleaning is not included in the price for stays of less than 1 week.

  All guests are kindly requested to clean the kitchen before departure.
