  Wszyscy obywatele Kolumbii, niezależnie od długości pobytu, oraz wszyscy cudzoziemcy, którzy przebywają w kraju przez co najmniej 60 następujących po sobie dni, są zobowiązani do zapłaty krajowego podatku od sprzedaży (19%) za zakwaterowanie w trakcie swojego pobytu. Obywatele zagraniczni posiadający wizę turystyczną są zwolnieni z obowiązku płacenia tego podatku. W sytuacji, gdy osoba podlegająca opodatkowaniu i osoba zwolniona z obowiązku podatkowego dzielą ten sam pokój, stawka podatku może zostać zastosowana do całego pokoju.

  • If you are traveling with a child your property may require you to present the following documents: Parents traveling into Colombia with a child under 18 may be required to present the child's birth certificate and photo ID (passport for non-Columbian visitors) upon check-in. If a relative or legal guardian is traveling into Colombia with the child, that relative or legal guardian may be required to present a notarized consent of travel signed by both parents and a copy of both parents' ID. If only one parent is traveling into Colombia with the child, that parent may be required to present a notarized consent of travel signed by the other parent. Visitors who plan to travel with children should consult with a Colombian consulate office prior to travel for further guidance.
  • Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.

  You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

  • Airport shuttle transfer per adult: COP 4000 (one-way)
  • Airport shuttle transfer per child: COP 4000 (one-way), from 6 to 18 years old
  • Residents must pay VAT (19%) at the property. Travelers on a tourist visa are generally not required to pay VAT. VAT exemption eligibility will be assessed at the property and travelers may need to present their passport and tourist visa. The VAT may be charged where the room is shared by a taxable and non-taxable guest.
  • Deposit is payable by bank transfer and is due within 72 hours of booking the reservation.

  We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

  • Fee for full breakfast: approximately COP 13000 per person
  • Laundry fee: COP 30000 per day
